Shani Corporation Limited (SCL), a leading supplier of CORA uPVC profiles for doors and windows, is seeking a driven and adaptable individual to fill the role of Project Sales Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our sales team’s growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement B2B sales plans to secure project-based business, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities with developers, contractors, architects, and consultants.
  • Secure approvals for SCL CORA uPVC profiles in government, building, and apartment projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with project-based clients, actively listening to understand their specific needs and project requirements.pen_spark

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory), MBA preferred.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the Building Material Industry, with a focus on project sales.
  • Strong proficiency in B2B sales within the uPVC profiles market, coupled with exceptional business acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to establish and maintain connections with project stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients, attend industry events, and visit project sites.

Requirements

  • Laptop equipped for creating sales reports and managing client databases.
  • Two-wheeler for client visits and site inspections.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets for efficient data management and reporting.
